I'm service most of the major manufacturers and provide maintenance, service contracts, repair and compliance for most famous analytical equipment. 

  These services can be provided on-site or for more extensive jobs such as complete instrument refurbishment and reconfiguration can be performed in our service lab.

•  Onsite repair Services  

All onsite services can be delivering on a Time and Material basis with a Minimum charge that includes travel & 1-hour labor. I will troubleshot and perform necessary diagnostic for the issued instrument prior visit for reduce on-site time and bring all necessary parts to avoid unnecessary travels. 

• Bench repair Service 

The Bench repair Service handles all analytical/ laboratory equipments or modules.  The policy is to inform you of the cost before proceeding.  For the obsolete modules or instruments, that part is no longer available I can offer low cost replacement modules.

 Turnaround time for bench repair is generally 5-7 business days. 

Preventive Maintenance (PM) ensures peak performance of your analytical equipment and reduces equipment downtime. This service is included in the Service Agreement plans for some covered equipment.

Provide PM service includes cleaning, inspection, testing and replacement of all consumables parts considered necessary at the time of inspection with final PM report.

All Preventive Maintenance services include travel, labor and supplies, so you have a fixed price to complete factory-recommended maintenance of your systems. 

•  Equipment shall be routinely calibrated, inspected and checked according to a written program to ensure proper performance  (US FDA 21 CFR 211). 
• Equipment shall be calibrated or checked to establish that it meets the laboratory's specification requirements (ISO/IEC 17025). 
• Users, or their qualified  designees, should perform OQ tests to verify that the instrument meets manufacturer or users specification in the user’s environment (USP <1058>). 

Qualification of analytical instruments and validation of systems is required by many national and international regulations, quality standards such as ISO 17025 and company policies. If executed correctly, it also helps to improve instrument uptime and to avoid out-of-specification situations in laboratories.  VH Technical Service & Consulting provide Instruments calibration, Operational Qualification and Performance Verification performed on annually or biannually base as per manufactory or customers procedures and  specifications include final reports and certifications.   We use only traceable tools, validated test equipment and certified reference standards for verification tests and calibration.
